If you can’t come to our facility, our experienced instructors can come directly to yours, providing the same high-quality, hands-on training at your location. Convenience, flexibility, and excellence — delivered wherever you need us.

Kens CPR & HEALTHCARE TRAINING LLC
NO REFUND POLICY
​
Kens CPR & Healthcare Training LLC is committed to providing high-quality training and maintaining
scheduled class availability for all students. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following No
Refund Policy applies to all courses, registrations, and training services.
NO REFUNDS
​
All course registrations, tuition payments, deposits, and fees paid to Kens CPR & Healthcare Training
LLC are non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Students who need to cancel or reschedule a class must notify Kens CPR & Healthcare Training LLC
at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Students who provide the required notice may
transfer their registration to the next available class date, subject to availability.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Students who cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, or fail to attend their scheduled
class, will be required to pay a $55.00 Rescheduling Fee before being enrolled in another class. No
exceptions will be granted.
​
LATE ARRIVALS
Students arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time may not be admitted to the
class. Students who are not admitted due to tardiness will be required to reschedule and may be
charged a $55.00 Rescheduling Fee.
TRAINING SITE CANCELLATIONS
​
If Kens CPR & Healthcare Training LLC cancels a class for any reason, affected students will be
transferred to the next available class date at no additional charge.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By registering for a course with Kens CPR & Healthcare Training LLC, students acknowledge that they
have read, understood, and agree to abide by this No Refund Policy.
 

THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION,  STRONGLY PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE AND PROFICIENCY IN CPR AED AND FIRST AID AND HAVE DEVELOPED INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR THIS PURPOSE. USE OF THESE MATERIALS IN AN EDUCATIONAL Course does NOT REPRESENT COURSE SPONSORSHIP BY THESE Organizations and ANY FEES CHARGED FOR SUCH COURSE DOES NOT REPRESENT INCOME FOR THEM. TRAINING SITE HAS 20 BUSINESS DAYS TO SEND CERTIFICATE TO STUDENTS FROM DAY OF TRAINING.
